How it works

Booking requests

We are progressively opening our reservation calendar, daily showing new available dates for reservation requests.

To request a reservation in our calendar, choose an available date and submit your request.

After reviewing your request, if there are places available we will send you a confirmation, in case there is no availability we will keep you on the waiting list.

Due to the sheer volume of requests we receive, please understand that we are unable to respond to all requests, however we will do our best.

Price 300€

Tax included.
Price does not include drinks.
The payment will be made in advance, and for the total number of guests of your reservation.

Meat and fish

We do not have vegetarian and/or vegan menu.
Tasting menu or a la carte service, full table.

Guests

Reservations for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6.
We recommend the attendance of children from 12 years old. We do not accept pets except guide dogs.

Lunch service

We only offer lunchtime services, starting time is 13:30.
Closed for vacations from December 24 to January 10 and the whole month of August.

FAQs

How does the reservation system work?

Restaurant Reservation Process:

  1. Visit https://www.asadoretxebarri.com/en/home#reserva, click on "Submit Booking Request," accept the terms and conditions, and select your desired date and time. Please note that your reservation has not been confirmed by the restaurant yet.
  2. If your request is accepted, you will receive an explicit confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, unfortunately, your reservation has been declined due to unavailability on the requested date and time.
  3. For accepted reservations, you will be provided with the necessary bank details for making an advance payment. If you fail to complete the payment within the specified timeframe, your reservation will be canceled.
  4. Once we receive the payment, you will receive a definitive confirmation email for your reservation.

Modifications and Cancellations of Confirmed Reservations:

If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please ensure to do so at least five days in advance to be eligible for the corresponding refund.

How can I know the availability of booking dates?

You can check the dates in which the restaurant is open in https://www.sevenrooms.com/reservations/asadoretxebarri, from there you can request a reservation, in a few days we will answer you indicating if there is availability or not.

How can I know the status of my booking?

In the email you have provided us we will inform you of the status of your reservation, if you have any other questions you can use the contact form at the bottom to talk to us.

Is it possible to give several options of dates for my booking?

Yes, when you select a date and go to make a reservation request, there is a section called "Reservation Notes" where you can leave your comments and preferences for other dates, in case there is no availability on the main date selected.

Does the menu price include drinks?

No, drinks are not included.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel or change your reservation, you must do so at least five days prior to the reserved date.

If you fail to give notice or cancel outside of this time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you do not show up or if fewer people attend than confirmed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Request

Please note that we operate on a request only basis - if your request is confirmed, we will be in touch via email within 7 days with details on how to submit prepayment.

If you do not receive confirmation within those 7 days, you will be added to the waitlist.

To cancel or change your reservation, you must do so at least five days prior to the reserved date.

If you do not give notice or it is done outside of this time frame, you will not be able to receive a refund.

If you do not show up or fewer people attend than confirmed, you will also not be eligible for a refund.
